Raas All-Stars is dedicated to creating a community where all people feel valued, encouraged, and empowered to be who they truly are, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, ability, religion, or socioeconomic status. We recognize the variety of identities found in our circuit and the lived experiences that have shaped them, including those affected by casteism, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, colorism, and all other types of discrimination.

Whether it's the continuous fight for racial justice and Black Lives Matter, support for LGBTQIA+ rights, accessibility and disability justice, or initiatives to assist immigrant, first-generation, and marginalized communities, we stand in solidarity with movements that strive for equity and justice. These challenges are interrelated, and genuine inclusion necessitates acknowledging and elevating each voice.

It is our collective duty as a circuit to foster environments that oppose prejudice, honor diversity, and guarantee fair opportunities for everyone. Every member of our community is urged to pay attention, educate themselves, speak up, and keep up the good work—not just during times when it receives national attention, but every day.
